REFUND and RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with BIR. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Because our products are herbal, personal care items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind. Returns and refunds are only eligible in the following cases:
• The product you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
• The product has a missing component or is not as described on the product page.
To be eligible, you must:
• Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Provide clear photographs (and video if requested) showing the issue.
• Share your order number and purchase details.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

• Photos of the product received
• Description of the issue
We aim to reply within 48 hours.
3. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your request and supporting evidence, we will inspect and verify the issue within 3–5 business days. If your return is approved, we will notify you by email and proceed with a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Process
• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).
• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on the payment provider.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
If your returned item is eligible and you prefer a replacement:
• Replacement will be sent free of shipping charges.
• In case the product is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or missing original packaging.
• Items purchased during flash sales, clearance, or final/discounted offers (unless defective).
• Free samples, promotional gifts, and complementary items.
7. Shipping for Returns
For eligible returns due to defective/wrong products:
• We will cover return shipping costs if we confirm the defect/error.
• You will receive instructions on how and where to send your product.
8. Legal & Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and related rules (including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020) are not affected by this policy. Decisions on refunds and replacements will be made in accordance with your legal rights as a consumer in India.
